The Universe from Nothing

The Universe from Nothing
( Some Mathematical Thoughts On Why The Universe Exists )
“Mathematics, rightly viewed, posses not only truth, but supreme beauty - a beauty cold and austere, like that of sculpture”, Bertrand Russell

However, it appears that only one time dimension exists in the universe we live in, and we cannot move forward in it at will, or backwards. Thus, as the Persian astronomer, mathematician, philosopher and poet Omar Khayyam says in his Rubaiyat, “The Moving Finger writes; and having writ, Moves on: nor all your Piety nor Wit, Shall lure it back to cancel half a Line”, any state of real existence lasts but for a moment in time.

Even Albert Einstein   has stated, “reality is merely an illusion, albeit a very persistent one”.

Manuel J. Pakianathan
